Props to Pa!

We'd be nowhere without our parents and the folks on the Homestead are going to be taking their chance (and ours) to give a shout out to some of ours!

It's Father's Day on the Frontier, and it's time to celebrate some of the best dads on the homestead, past and present!

That means some heavily story driven missions and some delving into things long since gone to give everyone the most info about that paternal side of their lives!

As usual, it's a popup to start...

That will kick off 13 missions in a standard map based thread (all details HERE) but no build.

Instead we'll see a small decoration, the BBQ Pit...

That will give us access to the missions via the now traditional mission map although I have to say I think this one is absolutely awesome... Instead of a standard map, we've got a picture of family togetherness, with each character a clickable button for the missions...

As for the missions themselves, we're going to see a few new items to heal, Gramps Notebooks, Hank's Shed and a Triplet Animal...

The first two are heal for reward items, the third becomes one of these insanely cute little animal triplets...

The animals don't stop there though as we're going to be getting a brand new rideable, the Studly Horse... and he's a handsome one...

For those who like to customise their avatar we'll also be seeing a collection of new glasses to add to your family!

We will, as expected, get a new Free Gift crop, the Barbecue.

And along with this mission will come two new badges! The first is for doing the Father's Day or Fair Games quests, the second is for feeding Rideable animals!

Finally, a Collection!

So, shout out to the Dads!

Steal or No Steal

You can never catch a break when you're a small businessman, that's for sure... and sometimes it's more than undercutting competitors and shoplifters...

Min has decided to pay his way on the homestead by starting a new Import/Export business using some fancy stagecoaches.

Only problem is his Stagecoaches are going missing then showing up empty and burnt out, trashed or riddled with bullet holes!

So, it's up to us to help him get his business up and running and find out who's raiding his goods...

As usual a popup will start things off...

This will kick off a 5 mission thread, one wrapper and a Monday mission (all details HERE) and a four step build, Min's Express (all details HERE)

This building will sell us Stagecoach Clues which will become one of three different destroyed Stagecoaches...

These coaches are healed as part of the missions and can drop some special crates or one of three animals (needed for the wrapper).

The crates are also part of the missions but have an extra edge to them. The crates are not only craftable but are sent to neighbours and can contain Free Gift Crops or Boosts!

That includes a brand new Extra Evidence Boost that gives 2 feeds to an injured animal...

We'll have one new Free Gift Crop...

...and a Collection!

So, what are you waiting for, posse up and go help Min!

Furry Preservatives

If a tree falls in the Forest... search for the nasty guy who's doing something bad to them!

Yes, the nearby Gump Forest is in danger with the arrival of a team of shifty lumberjacks connected to Emerica and his plot to take over the homestead.

Without any thought to the local wildlife they're cutting a swathe through the forest and it's up to us to team up with the Wild twosome of Ted and Bess to stop them with some good old fashioned preservative demonstratin'!

As usual, we'll see a popup to start...

This kicks off a series of four missions, a wrapper and a Monday mission (all details HERE) and a three step build, the Wildlife Preserve (all details HERE and yep, just the three stages!)

The Preserve will contain the manager for dealing with the all new Endangered animals, a set of four new Partner Animals that work akin to the Hibernators!

First up we place either a Fallen Tree or Caved in Burrow (Emerica's been causing chaos!) and healed with Tree Jacks and Skinny Shovels respectively, both single wall posts.

They will then pop out one of the Endangered Animals, Birds, Herbivores, Canines or Felines, each of which has 4 final varieties...

These take much less feed than normal Partner Animals at just 21 feeds apiece, with the feed consisting of a couple homestead drops (from the new crop or Fig Trees) and Wall Post items.

As with the Hibernators, once we've found one of the animals we can then buy it in the market, two for coins and two for Horseshoes. They'l be in there along with the other mission items...

And there is, of course, a collection!

So, what are we waiting for, lets save that wildlife!
